Bugs in Bookings.com links booked me to a wrong room which is smoking room while my request was non-smooking room. Contacted Daiwa Roynet Ginza Hotel to make changes unfortunately rooms were sold out during out 2 weeks stay. We managed to stayed and its amazing 2 weeks with no cigarette odour smells! Room size is a bit spacious for Japanese business room, bed is a bit small when sleep double, bed is hard but the comforter is silky soft. Room comes with good circulation - individual air conditioning instead of central systems and window can be open. Bathroom cabin is the best, strong shower water pressure and Japanese deep bath tub. Toto Japan toilet bowl, you can enjoy comfy big business only in Japan! Location is stone throw away from Cartier boutique. Room and premises area are spotless clean which most European and Asia hotels will not meet such high hygiene standards. There is a huge 7eleven across the hotel, as well as Lawson Natural, Family Mart, Lawson, Mc Donalds and some izakaya around the corner. Incase you are having a jetlag, there is a nice ramen place which is 5 minutes walk / 3 street behind the hotel, that opens from 11am till 5am in the morning!

- Ginza is a GREAT location for a stay in Tokyo. We were here for 1 week and it was very easy to get to other areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ueno. It’s also a super spot being so close to Tokyo station, which is only 10-15mins by foot. Here we were able to conveniently catch Shinkansen trains to Kyoto and to other day-trip locations such as Kamakura. - Staff were very helpful with sending out suitcases to our next hotel 1 day prior and for 2 pieces it was only around €30, which saved so much hassle with carrying them around cities and up and down stairs. - The room size, Tokyo considered, was rather big and the bathroom was a nice size for showering. - We enjoyed the assortment at breakfast, most of all the Japanese omelette, homemade french toast and other selections. After 6-7 nights here, it’s only natural we were ready for a “fresh”, new breakfast :) - Located right beside a 7/11 store, plus a quality Ramen restaurant down the road which was tasty.

Amazing location. Really central for shopping, and close to three different metro stations as well as Tokyo Station for the train to the airport and the bullet train. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. From offering advice on where to get souvenirs, to helping get taxis booked - the staff were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious for Tokyo and well cleaned every day. Hotel had lots of convenience stores around, umbrellas to borrow on a rainy day, and fast lifts compared to other high rise cities like NYC. Would highly recommend here.

The staff are amazing! So lovely! We loved the rooms, slightly bigger than some other hotels we have stayed in in Tokyo, finishes inside were lovely. We loved the bath salts and various things we could collect from the lobby every day. The bath salts came in handy for a nice long bath after waking so much every day. The restaurant was nice too as we dined there one night and the food was delicious. The location of the property was excellent as it was close to a few different train stations. The shops were amazing around Ginza.

Paula

It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staffs. The room was very clean and beautifully made every day. Location wise it’s right next to the train station so it’s certainly convenient. One thing to be mindful of is that the nearby station closes just before 10pm, so if you arrive at the station after that time, you will have to exit from other exits. 7-eleven and Lawsons are conveniently located next door, with a beauty/ drug store opposite to the hotel.
